FAQ

Can I search Facebook without logging in?

You don't need a Facebook login to use this tool. It builds a query for an external search engine, not Facebook's own search.

Why can't I find someone's Facebook profile?

Only public pages indexed by your selected search engine can appear. A missing result doesn't prove that the profile doesn't exist.

Can I search by Facebook username?

You can enter an @username. With People & pages selected, the tool removes the leading @. Other search types keep it.

Is my search text saved?

The tool builds the query in your browser and doesn't save your text or query. Only your option settings are saved locally. When you open the search, the selected engine receives the query under its privacy policy. Site analytics receive usage events, but not your text or query.
