This tool is designed to help coders find the right color shades. Utilizing it, it is easy to pick codes for common shades or for more unique ones. The color’s code is usually portrayed in 3 formats:
- Hex – a three byte hexadecimal numbers (meaning they consist of six digits), with each byte or pair of characters in the Hex code symbolizing colors;
- RGB – a numeric code, where each digit represents the intensity of a tone. Red, green and blue together in different proportions make up individual shades;
- HSV – a color model with hue ranging from 0° to 360°, saturation and lightness from 0 to 100 (or 0-1).
To work with this tool, choose a needed shade using a color editor and then see its code that can be used in programming.
