FAQ
How do I add quotes around each line?
In Add mode, click the '…' or "…" preset to fill both fields with matching quotes.
Can I add a comma to the end of every line?
In Add mode, click the …, preset. It clears Prefix and sets Suffix to a comma, keeping each item on its own line.
What happens to empty lines?
Empty lines defaults to Leave unchanged, which preserves blank and whitespace-only lines exactly. Choose Remove to delete them or Add prefix & suffix too to process them like other lines.
How do I insert a tab or line break in a prefix or suffix?
With Interpret \t and \n checked, type \t for a tab or \n for a line break in either field. Uncheck it to insert those sequences literally.
Is my text uploaded or saved?
Your lines are processed in your browser; the tool's code makes no network requests with the text and does not save the input. Option settings, including Prefix and Suffix, are saved in your browser's localStorage.
